Chris Manuel
Senior Pastor & Founder
Reverend Chris Manuel has been serving in ministry since 2000 & has been dedicated to building a community of disciples of Christ ever since. In 2009, he followed the Lord's calling to plant Restoration Community Church. With his wife, Kelsey Manuel, Chris leads a diverse & tight-knit community of believers.
